2026第17屆亞太醫學檢驗科學國際研討會 (The 17th Asia-Pacific Forum of Medical Laboratory Science)

本會擬定於2026年4月18至19日為期二天，舉辦「第17屆亞太醫學檢驗科學國際研討會」，邀請亞洲友國醫檢學會共襄盛舉。

面對醫事檢驗邁向智慧化、精準化與永續化的全球發展趨勢，本研討會以策略性思維整合臨床需求與國際發展方向，期望透過新興檢驗平台與人工智慧管理的導入，開展具創新性與臨床價值的檢驗服務。藉由聚焦精準醫學、再生醫療與預防醫學等前沿領域，促進國內外專家分享最新技術與實務經驗，提升我國醫事檢驗專業在全球的競爭力。

Taiwan Association of Medical Technologists (TAMT) was acknowledged as one of the member countries in the 3rd Asia-Pacific Forum of Medical Laboratory Sciences (APFMLS), held in Yokohama on 30 July 2009. This milestone opened the door for establishing strong relationships with other Asian countries and provided opportunities for intercultural exchange and cooperation. Over the past decade, we have regularly participated in organizing the annual meetings of APFMLS, which have served as academic exchange platforms for medical scientists, enhanced the professionalism of medical technologists, and laid the foundation for Taiwan’s connection with the global community. Our efforts have also contributed positively to promoting Taiwan’s innovative healthcare perspectives on the international stage.

本研討會不僅致力於推動檢驗科技的研發與轉譯，亦著重於培育人才與建立國際合作網絡。透過跨領域交流，將檢驗醫學應用拓展至個人化健康照護，提升醫療品質並兼顧成本效益，進一步回應全民健保精準醫療政策的需求。以「智慧‧永續‧韌性」為核心，本次大會旨在引領檢驗醫學邁向新時代，為臨床實務、產業創新與社會健康創造更大價值。故本次大會主題定為「智慧‧永續‧韌性：醫事檢驗新時代的挑戰與超越」。

The 17th Asia-Pacific Forum of Medical Laboratory Science will be held at The Splendor Hotel in Taichung City, Taiwan. The theme of this year’s forum is “Smart, Sustainable, and Resilient: Advancing Medical Laboratory Sciences in a New Era.” All leaders and experts in the field of medical technology are sincerely invited to participate.

我們將邀請國內、外醫學檢驗專家，針對精準醫療與分子檢測、法規遵循與品質管理、NGS 與液態切片臨床應用、臨床質譜與新興檢驗技術、AI 與智慧化檢驗（聚焦檢驗流程與品質）、韌性醫療及感控與專業責任、智慧醫療各國經驗分享等6項次主題等重大議題共同討論及發表，分享國際間相關創新醫學檢驗技術之研究成果。

Six sub-topics will be explored in depth by distinguished domestic and international experts:

1.  Clinical Applications of Precision Medicine

2.  International Session: Experience Sharing in Precision Medicine and Regenerative Medicine

3.  Regulations, Gender Equity Education, Infection Control, and Biosafety

4.  Innovations in Medical Laboratory Technology

5.  Experience Sharing in Regenerative Medicine

6.  Benchmark Learning for National Quality Competitions

本次研討會旨在從法規規範至臨床實務，全方位探討精準醫學檢測與再生醫療之發展策略。透過國際與本土成功經驗之分享，強化檢驗技術之準確性、再現性與服務量能，並提升醫事檢驗專業人員於再生醫療臨床應用之能力。會議將聚焦於檢驗醫學之前沿創新，涵蓋環境醫學、臨床質譜檢測、人工智慧於檢驗流程與醫學教育之導入，以及品質標章體系與國際競賽標竿學習。藉由系統化課程與專題交流，培養檢驗人員對新興技術之掌握與實務運用，確保醫學檢驗專業與國際接軌。同時，本研討會亦致力於推動檢驗技術之研發轉譯與法規整合，促進新技術之檢測驗證、臨床認證、智慧財產權取得與專利化應用。藉由結合人工智慧輔助分析與嚴謹驗證流程，提升臨床決策支援與疾病管理效益，最終增進重大疾病之診斷精準度與治療成功率。透過本次國際研討會，來自各國之學者專家得以深入交流與經驗分享，提供醫學檢驗服務最新發展趨勢與可應用之新興技術資訊，進一步提升檢驗醫學於健康照護領域之專業水準。同時，藉由跨國對話與專業切磋，將有助於我國醫學檢驗成果與國際前沿接軌，彰顯台灣於全球醫學檢驗領域中的專業價值與關鍵地位。

All participants are encouraged to share their research findings, as well as their teaching, training, and assessment experiences related to innovative technologies. Through the comprehensive discussions and exchanges among professionals at this international forum, we will be able to observe emerging trends in laboratory medicine and further develop innovative technologies aimed at improving healthcare quality and patient safety. Moreover, through these collaborative platforms, we can showcase Taiwan’s outstanding achievements in laboratory medicine to other Asian countries.

此次研討會預計邀請衛生福利部醫事司劉越萍司長，針對醫療永續發展等議題進行演講。為促進亞洲各國對臺灣醫檢專業的認同及交流，特邀請日本醫檢師學會(JAMT)、韓國醫檢師學會(KAMT)、泰國醫檢師學會(AMTT)等友會國的會長暨會員共同參與。

本屆感謝台中市大台中醫事檢驗師公會、台中市醫事檢驗師公會、苗栗縣醫事檢驗師公會、彰化縣醫事檢驗師公會、南投縣醫事檢驗師公會、雲林縣醫事檢驗師公會共同聯合辦理，並與全台各縣市醫事檢驗公會與17所醫學檢驗生物技術學系所協助辦理本次研討會。
